Cancellation Policy
To secure your appointment, a card on file is required, though it will not be charged until the day of your visit. Please note there is a 3.5% surcharge for card transactions; cash, Venmo, and Zelle are accepted without a fee.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment:
* Less than 48 hours' notice: You will be charged 50% of the service fee.
* Less than 24 hours' notice or no-show: You will be charged 100% of the service fee.
Exceptions may be made in cases of emergency.
Permanent makeup deposits are non-refundable.
